I wanted you (Jon Staken) to know that my wife and I enjoyed working with you and we are very satisfied with our kitchen renovation...infact ecstatic would be a better description.  Everything that Chervin did exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.  The cabinets are not only beautiful but so very functional, it is a pleasure to be in our kitchen for any reason, (and sometimes we just go to the kitchen because it is so beautiful that you just want to spend tim there).  The installation shaff were outstanding to work with as no job was too big or too small and their attention to details was incredible.  Kindly pass our thanks along to the staff of Chervin who clearly take a great deal of pride in creating and installing a work of art.

We mentioned to one of our co-workers that we were interested in a kitchen and since his wife is an employee of Chervin he suggested that we check out their showroom.  When we arrived at your showroom we were blown away.  Many of our friends have come over to see our kitchen and they all ask who did the kitchen.  We tell them Chervin, but many of them have never heard of the company.  We insist that they go and see the showroom.  Our sales representative, Jon, treated us very well and he came up with many great ideas.  our installer, Henry, did an amazing job and you can tell that he takes pride in his work.  Overall, I love my kitchen!  Thank you.

As we all know renovating a kitchen can be one of the most stressful experiences of one's life and thanks to Jon our designer and Mike our installer, we can say that in our case, we didn't feel that way at all. We actually look back at this whole process and feel really good about it and for that we would like to thank them.

It is nice when one receives the service and professional support they need during a stressful time. Jon's calm approach was a real benefit as it allowed us to relax knowing everything was always under control. As for Mike his work was impeccable and he kept in regular communication with us to ensure we were aware of what was happening everyday. These two gentlemen completed all the necessary steps needed to create my dream kitchen in an extremely professional and timely manner, thank you! Daniel Byler was fabulous to work with and several of his suggestions during the design process are the reason I'm so delighted. One example is the way the cold air return was worked into the island - it is now an accent!

Mark Claus did a great job with the installation. His workmanship and attention to detail has resulted in no items on my "I just wish that they had" list - which does not happen very often! All the trim corners line up, the cabinet hardware is straight; the counter is well scribed-all the things are often done quickly or without care.

I will be a return customer-when I am ready to do the bathrooms.

- we sought several quotes & service providers for our renovation. Chervin / Jonny Staken were superior from the getgo. We have a galley kitchen. Jon's design incorporated everything on my "wish list" while retaining maximum counter space as well as the beauty & design. He is a wonderful designer. We used several crafts people. In spite of thorough planning & inclusion of flextime, we were set back by a flooring fracas. Jon was supportive through it all.

We were impressed by the professionalism of our installer, James Eric was a delight. Chervin's training of their people & their team building must by outstanding. The interpersonal skills of your staff are superlative they showed infinite respect for our home, cleanliness, attention to detail & organization were simply present. It is obvious to the layperson that training is key to your service; we have nothing but good to say.

Jon suggested Red Seal Renovations for our finish work. Josh Weber is a delight.

We asked about our electrician. Jon suggested R & W Electric, we were equally pleased by the service Ron Beaupie provided.

My husband & I believe in maintaining the economy of our community. We were and are pleased that we used local services. Thank you for helping us make our house a home.

The kitchen renovation was a very successful and satisfying process from the planning stage through to the final details of completion. Jonny Staken was very patient as our initial dreams downsized considerably in size and feasibility. He did a fantastic job of taking our ideas and blending them with his expertise in design. He matched our budget while creating a very rich looking kitchen that was well organized for daily use. The workmen were friendly and efficient and did a great tidy-up at the end of each work day. They collaborated well with a variety of trades people and schedules. They were very professional in attitude and workmanship. I appreciated being able to stay in contact via email with Jonny Staken through the duration of the project. He is very good at following through with things in a timely fashion.

Overall, we are very pleased with our new kitchen and have already recommended Chervin Kitchen and Bath to several people. Thank you for the stunning cabinetry and design. We LOVE it!!
