Meet our Team

	Marvin Bauman, manager Marvin has been with our company for over 11 years. Having worked on kitchens from start to finish, Marvin ensures we not only meet our customer’s expectations, we exceed them.
	Lynette Frey, showroom consultant Lynette is the pleasant personality that greets you in person and on the phone. Lynette is capable of answering your questions and also fills the showroom with mouthwatering aromas by putting the contemporary kitchen to use.
	Janine Frey, showroom consultant Janine is one of the friendly faces you will see when you enter our Waterloo showroom. She will competently answer any questions you may have about our product. She performs her reception duties cheerfully and uses her innovative skills when assisting in creating preliminary drawings for our designers.
	Twila Erb, showroom consultant Twila Erb joined the team at the showroom after working several years in the shop. Her experience makes her knowledgeable and she will answer your questions efficiently. Twila assists with preliminary drawings as well as reception duties.
	Jon Staken, sales and design Jon has been with us for over a decade. Throughout this time, he has gained valuable hands-on experience in the design and construction of kitchens. Jon has a natural gift, and we attribute many of our high-profile kitchen designs to him.
	Daniel Byler, sales and design Daniel joined us over 10 years ago. An excellent craftsman, Daniel has built some of our finer pieces of cabinetry. Having installed cabinets for many years, he has great insight into kitchen layout - and that benefits you, our customer, as you design yours.
	Marie McKinnon, sales and design Marie has been an interior designer for 20 years. She brings to Chervin a wealth of knowledge and a flair for creative design and layout in cabinetry. Clients are pleased with her warm, easy going nature and professional service.
	Angie Martin, sales and design Angie is an interior decorator/designer whose main goal is to satisfy her client’s needs and create a space that is not only functional but also esthetically pleasing. Angie loves what she does and it shows in her work.
	James-Erik Grigat, sales and design James-Erik joined the Chervin team in 2002. He was employed as an installer for 8 years. This exposure to many creative kitchens qualified him to join the sales and design team. He will offer solutions to your cabinet needs.
	Jason Bauman, installer Since a young lad Jason has excelled at selecting a piece of wood and turning it into something useful. Now he puts these natural skills to use by installing Chervin cabinets.
	Henry Friesen, installer Henry joined the Chervin team in our custom kitchen department and worked his way up to installing kitchen cabinets. We continue to receive compliments on Henry's perfectionism and the quality of his workmanship.
	Shawn Metzger, installer Shawn comes to us with a background in construction. His exceptional reasoning skills serve him well as our installer/service technician.
	Mike Claus, installer Mike joined our team as an experienced craftsman. He does an excellent job meeting Chervin's high standard of installation and strives to exceed our customers' expectations.
