• How long does a typical consultation last?
  A typical consultation usually lasts between one to two hours. This duration allows enough time to discuss your needs, review design options, and answer any questions.
• Can I see samples of previous work or materials?
  Yes, you can see samples of previous work and materials during the consultation. Our portfolio of past projects showcases various styles and finishes. You can also view material samples, including wood types, countertops, and hardware options. Additionally, we can provide 3D renderings or digital images to help you visualize the proposed designs.
• How are design fees structured?
  At Chervin Kitchen & Bath, we ensure transparency throughout the design process. A designer fee applies, which includes 2D and 3D concepts and a customized plan, which will be deducted from your final invoice. The next deposit is due upon confirmation of the project, followed by a deposit before the delivery of the cabinets. The final payment is due after the installation is complete. This structured approach ensures clarity and a smooth progression from design to installation.
• What is included in the quote provided after the consultation?
  The quote provided after the consultation and after we’ve provided 2D and 3D renderings will include a detailed breakdown of materials, hardware, cabinets, storage solutions, and your payment schedule.
• Are there additional costs beyond the initial quote?
  Additional costs may arise beyond the initial quote. These can arise from changes or additions requested after the initial design approval, unforeseen structural modifications, or upgrades to materials or finishes. These potential additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding to ensure there are no surprises.
