Hi, I am Kevin.

I lead the Sales & Design team in Muskoka.

I’m passionate about supporting local builders and proud of our Muskoka team’s commitment to our customers; outside of work, I enjoy golfing and travelling.

Joined The Chervin Family:

  • 2011
  • Sales & Design before transitioning to leading the Sales & Design team as Regional Director of Sales for Muskoka in 2024.

Previous Industry Experience:

  • Several years working in Residential Engineering & Structural Steel Engineering

Bringing the outside in – I love being inspired by nature; the Muskoka community has unique tastes because people often want their cottage to have an entirely distinct look from their primary residence – that means we get to be really creative, whether that means simplifying things or adding more eclectic elements.

  • If you are building a home or cottage, pay a lot of attention to window placement as that impacts (and in some cases defines) all other design elements later on.
