I am a custom millwork designer for the Waterloo Sales & Design team.

I thrive on creatively addressing clients' unique needs and wants; outside of work, I enjoy reading, knitting, and spending time with my partner and our Shih Tzu.

I have so many Pinterest boards that I'm always adding to, plus on Instagram I love keeping up with my favourite designers.

I'm a big fan of all the warm tones that are trendy right now, like off-white linen mixed with warm wood tones and a pop of colour like an earthy green.

Minja's Top Tip

  • Always put function over looks and have realistic expectations of your space. In my opinion, soft-close cabinetry is a must – not only does it prevent damage, but prolongs the life of your cabinetry. Also, consider adding as many drawers as possible for lower cabinetry. Drawers avoid the need to crouch down, which is ergonomically better for the aging population!
