STONE AND OAK LAYERED WARMTH GUEST RETREAT

Located on the lower level of the cottage, the guest ensuite at Project Island Park is designed with a grounded, calming palette that blends natural materials with modern functionality. A double sink vanity features flat cut white oak drawers beneath a thick grey stone countertop, creating a strong yet refined focal point. Narrow shaker drawer fronts are finished with black pulls, adding subtle contrast to the warmth of the wood.

Thoughtfully designed for both shared and individual use, an additional vanity is positioned diagonally across the space, offering a separate prep area away from the sinks. This layout enhances flow and usability, making the space ideal for guests. A white oak floating shelf above the bathtub ties the design together, introducing warmth and continuity while providing a functional display surface.
